Job Responsibilities
– To make regular calls to driver to make a trip after vehicle attachment
– Make a call within 2 days for first trip
– Making calls and pursuing drivers within 10 days of onboarding to complete 30 trips
– Maintain calling data
– Create daily report and Update
Requirements
– Minimum High School Diploma
– 0 – 2 years of experience in Tele calling preferred.
– Good telesales experience attitude and ability to convince and convert leads over call throughout the day
– Good in local language fluency – Hindi mandatory and Marathi languages is a plus
– Minimum English is must to read and write
– Ability to motivate in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
– Good Excel & Google Sheet skills required
