Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting market research and identifying potential area to acquire supply,
- Follow-up on leads generated throughout the day
- Create daily reports and updates
- Work with the teams and on your own to complete given targets. Closely interact with teams across departments to implement growth strategies
- Ability to manage driver partners, onboarding (if required), helping them understand the opportunity and what it takes to start driving with Everest Fleet
- Demonstrate strong Interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and driver partners.
- Undertake activities such as postering, placement of banners and various other brand materials at select locations. Help drive partnerships with locations across key areas/ automobile repair shops/ driver schools etc. through tie ups for visibility and lead generation.
- You will attract new driver partners for our 4-wheeler fleet of CNG and EV cars. You will work on the field across key catchments to get the driver supply from specific areas.
Technical Qualification:
6 months – 2 years of experience in Field sales
