What’s the Role?
As a Field Sales Executive (FSE), your mission is to bring new driver partners into the Everest Fleet network. You’ll be out in the field—meeting potential drivers, explaining our value proposition, and guiding them through the onboarding process. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role where your hustle directly fuels our growth. Key Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion: Reach out to potential drivers via walk-ins, field visits, or leads shared by the marketing and referrals team.
- Onboarding Assistance: Explain the benefits of joining Everest Fleet, assist with document collection, and guide drivers through the registration process.
- Local Field Work: Visit key hotspots such as parking areas, auto stands, local hubs to meet and pitch to drivers.
- Reporting & Feedback: Track daily targets, update lead status, and provide insights from the field to improve onboarding efforts.
- Referral Activation: Encourage current drivers to refer others and help them bring friends into the fleet.
What You’ll Need
- Education: No specific degree required. We value street smarts and work ethic.
- Languages: Good communication skills, native proficiency in the local language, Kannada. Knowledge or other languages such as Tamil, Telugu, Hindi is a plus.
- Experience: Prior experience in field sales, customer acquisition, or onboarding is a plus (e.g. from Uber, Swiggy, Amazon Flex, fintech, etc.)
- Mindset: Self-starter, persuasive, and target-oriented.
