Everest Fleet is Uber’s largest professionally managed fleet supplier in India, with a fleet of 2500+ cars, operating in Mumbai, Bengaluru, Delhi and Hyderabad. It was founded by a successful entrepreneur, philanthropist and seasoned angel investor Siddharth Ladsariya in October 2016.
We manage a fleet of 2500+ cars and the goals are to reach 5000 cars by the end of 2022. As we are one of the most professionally managed fleets of the country, Uber India has entered into a strategic partnership with us. After having successfully built a business in Mumbai, Bangalore and Delhi, the latest expansion was in Hyderabad.
With an aim to generate 1 lakh jobs and create an ecosystem benefiting the entire value chain – drivers, aggregators, investors & employees, Everest Fleet envisions becoming the preferred operating partner in the industry over the next 5 years
Current team size is of 250 people and 2500+ drivers. We are currently building a core team which will be responsible for the organisation’s growth.
Job Description:
- To make regular calls to driver to make a trip after vehicle attachment
- Make a call within 2 days for first trip
- Making calls and pursuing drivers within 10 days of onboarding to complete 30 trips
- Maintain calling data
- Create daily report and Update
Requirements:
- Minimum High School Diploma
- 0 – 2 years of experience in Telecalling preferred.
- Good telesales attitude and ability to convince and convert leads over call throughout the day
- Good local language fluency – Telugu mandatory and other South Indian languages is a plus
- Minimum English to read and write
- Ability to motivate in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Good Excel & Google Sheet skills
