Achievements : A young, energetic 22-year-old boy from Ranchi had come down to Mumbai after facing a lot of hardships, moving cities to make ends meet for his family, doing odd jobs, selling out everything the family-owned for one plate of meal every day. It was in 2018, the first time he stepped into the city of dreams with only one thing in his pocket, Hope.

He landed in Mumbai with ZERO knowledge of demography and no friends or relatives to help him out or guide him through, it was not going to be easy to make a living out of nothing but Kunal was different, there was something special about Kunal, that made him stand out. It was his Confidence, the faith he had in himself. He was not a quitter. He started with anything that he could find, in the coming 3 months he worked as a roof cleaner, loom handler, security guard, stacker, and even as an inventory boy for a small shop of threads. His struggle was overwhelming, he was missing his family, whom he had left all alone, he desperately wanted to reunite with his parents and siblings and wanted to relocate them to Mumbai as well, but it was not possible with such a low income and high costs of living. He knew he had to raise the bar of efforts he was putting in.

Around his time as a stacker, he learned about UBER and after inquiring found out that Everest Fleet provided a car on lease facility and immediately joined us as a pilot (driver) in May 2019. After a few days of observation, we found him a suitable candidate for DM & offered him the role.  He was working hard and progressing with a zeal that was helping him earn extra incentives. His hard work and determination paid off and he was able to rent a house in Kalyan and bought his family from the village to live with him.

His consistent performance & perfection in whatever task he carried, bound us to promote him to the new role of Leasing Department in Charge, which he was managed with finesse. Currently, he is undergoing training for the post of SDM (Senior Driver Manager). He got his elder sister married last year and also introduced his brother Akash Swarnkar into Everest Fleet, today his brother is also working alongside him, as a driver manager.

A man can achieve anything, if only can he dream it!
