Role Overview

As a Team Lead – Field Sales, you will be responsible for driving the performance of 10–14 Field Sales Executives(FSEs)  in your city. Your focus will be on coaching, mentoring, and ensuring consistent delivery of driver onboarding targets through disciplined on-ground execution.

You’ll also play a key role in developing new joiners, identifying performance gaps, and solving operational issues in real time. This is a high-impact field leadership role that demands structure, accountability, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coach and manage a team of 10–14 Field Sales Executives
  • Run daily huddles, set goals, and monitor team performance
  • Guide FSEs on pitching, lead follow-ups, and the onboarding process
  • Support new joiners with onboarding, training, and field shadowing
  • Track team KPIs, including walk-ins, conversions, and follow-throughs
  • Act as the first layer of escalation for process or tech issues in the field
  • Share daily and weekly performance reports with the Channel Manager

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in field sales or operations
  • Prior experience in managing or coaching teams
  • Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills
  • Problem-solving ability and willingness to be on the ground with the team
  • Must have native proficiency in Kannada; Basic or conversational proficiency in other languages such as Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Hindi, and English is a plus
  • Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets for reporting

Team Structure

  • Reports to: Channel Manager
  • Direct Reports: 10–14 Field Sales Executives
  • Works alongside another Team Lead(s) in the same city/region
