Everest Heroes
Everest Hero is a vertical in Everest Fleet which brings supply to various mobility platforms. It is a perfect partner for all the startups of the Gig Economy who do not want to manage an internal team who brings supply to their platform. Everest Heroes onboards supply units like cabs, autos and motos (bikes) to the various mobility platforms like Uber, Zomato, Rapido etc. We give them basic training and make sure they achieve short term productivity targets on the said platform. This project was started on 1st December 2020. This was started as a pilot project in Mumbai for Uber and was successfully scaled up to a 20 Member team by February 2021. We opened our first exclusive onboarding center in Thane in March 2021. Our goal is to grow this business to a top mobility supply provider with a 1000+ member strong business present in all major cities by the end of FY 24-25. Also to achieve onboarding of 5000 units per week across the major metros of India.
We are currently operational in Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad & Bangalore and are 100 member strong. A typical partner process has various teams who work towards a common goal of bringing supply for the partner. The teams include mostly field sales agents who are primarily responsible to generate the leads who are monitored by city level process managers. We deploy this manpower across high vehicle density areas and pitch for vehicle owners, drivers and small fleet owners to have a more sustainable earning through these online portals. We train them post onboarding on using the app, getting trips and walk them through soft skill training videos. There are productivity managers who ensure the performance of the onboarded drivers who are assisted by backend support staff. Both these teams are driven by a city process lead who ensures the city level targets are achieved for the partner.
